Getting my yellow letter marketing going and I’m getting some calls.
So far my yellow letter sellers seem very defensive and leary. They are asking how I know about them and why I want to buy their property, etc. If I ask for property address, they hesitate to share… thinking I should know it already since I was the one that sent them the letter.
Some selllers don’t even want to disclose their name. Is this a sign that they are not motivated or am I not directing the conversation the right way? I find this to be rather frustrating, that I can ‘t even have a conversation with my yellow letter campaign before they often hang up.
Is this just part of the process or what should I do?
